In short
- Pogleda is a home-screen app for smart TVs: what's streaming where, trailers, YouTube, news headlines, scores, markets and games with your phone. You can use it without an account.
- Pogleda itself does not use analytics, advertising identifiers (including the Android advertising ID and Samsung TIFA), the Android device ID, the Samsung device ID (DUID) or tracking cookies. It does not read the list of apps installed on your TV. It does not use location permission, the camera or the microphone.
- Pogleda has no ads of its own. However, YouTube may show ads in YouTube videos you play inside the app, and YouTube (Google) may receive data directly from your TV and place cookies on it (§3.4).
- To show content, your TV connects to our server and to some third-party services. Like any internet connection, this reveals your IP address to them. Our server keeps request logs (including IP address and search text) for 14 days.
- If you create an account (currently only for invited beta users), your e-mail address, devices, settings and game scores are kept in your account (§4).
- Our servers are in the Netherlands (DigitalOcean, Amsterdam). Sign-in code e-mails are sent through Resend in the United States. These are transfers abroad (§8).
- Pogleda is developed and provided by Recep Fidan, an individual, who is the data controller (§1). Our website is pogleda.com; during the transition, the app's servers use the tivimini.com domains (§2).
1. Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is:

Pogleda is developed and provided by Recep Fidan as an individual (natural person), not by a company. The developer name on Google Play is also Recep Fidan. In this notice, "we" means Recep Fidan.
2. What this notice covers

These pages use no cookies, no analytics and no external resources; like any website, the site's hosting provider's web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser information), - the
tivimini.compages (TV linking and account pages, including the account deletion step), - the phone pages

api.tivimini.com(content, player page, accounts) andrelay.tivimini.com(game and pairing server).
Pogleda's website is pogleda.com. The app's servers temporarily keep using the domains of the product's former working name, "tivimini". Your data goes to the servers on the domains named in this notice. If the domain changes, this notice is updated with a new version.
About the Android TV app: the app shows its interface inside Android WebView. It uses only the internet access permission. It does not read the Android device ID, the advertising ID or the list of installed apps. There is no crash-reporting or analytics tool (such as Firebase or Crashlytics) in the app. Data that Google Play collects itself when you download the app or as the Android system (for example downloads, Android vitals) is Google's responsibility.
When you open another app (for example the YouTube app or a streaming service), that app's own privacy policy applies. Pogleda does not send it any data about you.
3. Data processed without an account
3.1 Stored on your TV (app storage)

Your search queries are not stored on the TV. They are kept in memory only while the app is open.
Without an account, these records are not sent to us. To delete all of them: on Android TV, Settings → Apps → Pogleda → Clear data; on a Samsung TV, clear the app's data in the TV settings or uninstall the app. Sign out of your account before selling or giving away the TV.
3.2 Our server (api.tivimini.com)
When you use search, trailers, news, rates, matches, weather or YouTube rows, your TV sends a request to our server. Our server fetches the content from the providers in §7 and returns it. Those providers see our server's IP address, not yours.

The pseudonymised value is not anonymous. Because the key is held in memory that day, it can technically be linked back to the IP address. We therefore treat it as personal data.
3.3 Services your TV contacts directly
Some images are loaded by your TV directly from the provider. These providers receive your IP address and standard technical data (requested address, TV browser information):
- Movie and series posters: TMDB (
image.tmdb.org). - Video thumbnails and channel images: YouTube (
i.ytimg.com,yt3.ggpht.com). - News images (in versions that show them): the news publisher's image server.
- Team logos (in versions that show them): the match data provider's image server (
media.api-sports.io). - Photos in the "Where is this photo?" game come from our own server. Their access logs do not contain IP addresses.
Test builds: developer test builds that run without our server connect directly to the services in §7. Those services then receive your IP address and the request (for example the search text sent to TMDB). These builds are used only on developer devices.
3.4 Watching YouTube videos inside Pogleda
When you choose [Watch] on a YouTube card, the video plays inside Pogleda in YouTube's official player (on Samsung TVs and on Android TV; on Android TV the player runs inside the app's WebView). Your TV first opens a player page on our server (api.tivimini.com/embed), which loads the YouTube player. If you choose [Open in YouTube], the video opens in the YouTube app on your TV; then the YouTube app's own terms apply instead of this section.
Data that goes to YouTube (Google) and its advertising partners. As soon as the player opens, your TV connects directly to YouTube and Google's advertising services (for example doubleclick.net, googlesyndication.com). They receive your TV's IP address, device and browser information (TV model, software version, language, screen size), the video you watch and for how long, and the fact that it was opened through Pogleda. They may place and read cookies and similar data in Pogleda's app storage. YouTube may show ads in videos. We do not choose, sell, change or block these ads, and we earn no revenue from them. YouTube and Google process this data for their own purposes (delivering videos, advertising, measurement, fraud prevention) as independent controllers. See the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes this data mainly on servers in the United States. For this reason, the Google Play "Data safety" section shows app interactions and cookie identifiers as "shared with Google", and the app is marked "Contains ads".
Videos made for kids. Videos marked "made for kids" on YouTube, children's channels, and videos whose status cannot be checked open in the youtube-nocookie.com player, which collects less data. This mode reduces cookies but does not remove them.
Data we process. The access log of the player page records only time, request path, status and duration. Your IP address and the ID of the video you watch are not written to this log. It is deleted after 7 days. If an error occurs, the web server's error log may contain the plain IP address; it is kept for 14 days. We do not record which YouTube videos you watch. (The "Continue watching" list on your device stays on the TV only, §3.1.)
Legal basis and your choice. Loading the player serves the video service you choose (KVKK 5(2)(c); GDPR 6(1)(b)). Data collected by YouTube and Google is under Google's own responsibility. If you prefer, use [Open in YouTube] for every video. To delete cookies already placed, clear the app data (§3.1).
3.5 Games with your phone, send and type from phone (server relay.tivimini.com)
When you join a game by scanning the QR code on the TV or typing the room code, your phone opens relay.tivimini.com/p/ and connects to our server. Other devices that know the room code (even in another location) can join the same room. The same server is used to send a YouTube or film/series link from your phone to the TV and to type into the TV's search box from your phone.

- Nicknames, moves, sent content, room codes and tokens are never written to server logs.
- There is no chat, free messaging, voice or camera.
- Your phone's browser stores your nickname and a temporary seat token (up to 3 hours) so you can rejoin after a reload. Delete them by clearing the site data for
relay.tivimini.com. - The person controlling the TV can remove any player.
3.6 Weather
For the weather you choose your city yourself in Settings (default Istanbul). No location is derived from GPS or your IP address. Your chosen city is stored on the TV and sent to our server to fetch the weather. Our server gets it from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway): MET Norway receives only the rounded coordinates of your chosen city and our server's IP address; nothing about your IP address, device or account is sent. Responses are cached on our server per city. Because your chosen city may be approximate information about where you are, it is declared as "approximate location" on Google Play. Server log retention is as in §3.2. Weather data: Data from MET Norway (NLOD 2.0 / CC BY 4.0).
3.7 News and AI summaries
News headlines come from publishers' public RSS feeds through our server. There is no personalised news.
AI summaries exist only in the Samsung TV closed beta; they are not in the Android TV app. In that version, short summaries that combine reports of the same event from at least two different publishers may be generated with AI and are shown labelled "Summarised with AI" with the source names.
- A summary is generated once on our server and everyone sees the same summary.
- Only the publishers' RSS headlines and short descriptions are sent to the AI provider (Anthropic, PBC, USA). These texts may contain the names of people mentioned in the news. No data about you (account, device, IP, profile) is sent.
- The "Report an error" button sends only the summary's ID.
- Summaries are shown for 48 hours. To handle corrections and complaints, the summary text, the source links used and generation details are kept for 90 days.
3.8 Deleting your data without an account
- You can delete everything on the TV with the steps in §3.1.
- Server logs are deleted automatically after at most 14 days (game server and player page logs after 7 days).
- If you want them deleted earlier, write to hello@pogleda.com. As you have no account, we can only find records by your IP address and a time range (§13).
4. Pogleda account (optional, invited beta)
4.1 How to create an account
You can use Pogleda without an account. Accounts are currently open only to invited beta users. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Scan the QR code on the TV (or open
tivimini.com/baglaand type the code shown on the TV), enter your e-mail address on your phone and sign in with the 6-digit code we e-mail you. There is no password. You can also continue with Google on your phone. - When you create an account, we separately record on your phone your 18+ declaration, that you have read this notice, your acceptance of the Terms of Use and your explicit consent to the transfer abroad (§8).

What we do not collect: passwords, phone numbers, date of birth, mandatory real name, Google profile photo, GPS location, advertising ID, Android or Samsung device ID, camera or microphone. We do not keep Google's access tokens. We do not access your YouTube account. We do not keep a watch history; if such a feature is added, it will work only with your separate explicit consent and this notice will be updated first.
4.3 Profiles and child profiles (Samsung TV beta only)
The Android TV app has no profiles or child profiles. In the Samsung TV closed beta:
- The account holder can create profiles for the household. A profile has only a nickname and a preset colour/avatar. No date of birth, photo, e-mail or separate sign-in. You do not need to use a real name.
- If you mark a profile as a "child profile": no ads or sponsored content are shown in it, account and device settings cannot be opened, and it is protected by a child lock (PIN).
- Scores and the family league are visible only within your account. There is no public leaderboard.
- Profile data is not used for behavioural analysis, recommendations or marketing.
4.4 E-mails
Sign-in codes and account notices (such as "A new TV was linked to your account" and "Your account was deleted") are sent from no-reply@tivimini.com through our e-mail provider Resend, Inc. (USA). Resend processes the recipient address, subject, e-mail content (including the sign-in code) and delivery events and keeps its own records under its own retention rules (resend.com/legal). E-mails contain no personal data other than the sign-in code. Codes are valid for 10 minutes. We do not send marketing e-mails.
4.5 Sign in with Google
When you sign in with Google, you deal directly with Google, and Google's Terms and Privacy Policy apply. Google sends us only the data listed in §4.2 (openid, email, profile scopes). We use it only to sign you in; we do not share or sell it.
Pogleda's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove Pogleda's access in your Google Account settings.
4.6 Downloading, correcting and deleting your data
- To delete your account: open https://pogleda.com/en/delete-account on your phone or computer; its link takes you to the deletion step on the account page (
api.tivimini.com/account). You do not need to open the app. - At
tivimini.com/account(the TV also shows a QR code) you can download your data as a JSON file, correct your display name and settings, remove devices and delete your account. - For your security, deletion is done after signing in again with a code sent to your e-mail. Deletion happens immediately; there is no waiting or cancellation period. All TVs are signed out. We send an e-mail confirming the deletion.
- If you can no longer access your e-mail, write to hello@pogleda.com; we will delete the account after verifying your identity by reasonable means.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
- TV app: Pogleda uses the TV's app storage only for the purposes in §3.1. It keeps no analytics, advertising or tracking records. The only exception is cookies placed by the YouTube player and Google's advertising services when you watch YouTube inside Pogleda (§3.4).
- tivimini.com account pages: only strictly necessary cookies: a pre-sign-in cookie (30 minutes) and an account page session cookie (expires after 12 hours of inactivity). No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.
- Phone pages: the browser's local storage keeps your nickname and a temporary seat token (up to 3 hours) (§3.5). No cookies are used.
6. Legal bases and how we collect data
We collect data electronically and automatically through the TV app, the tivimini.com pages and the phone pages: from what you enter, technical data sent by your device, and data Google sends us when you sign in with Google.
- Performance of contract (KVKK 5(2)(c); GDPR 6(1)(b)): showing content, loading the YouTube player, games, send/type from phone, weather, account, devices, settings, profiles, scores, e-mails.
- Legitimate interest (KVKK 5(2)(f); GDPR 6(1)(f)): security, preventing abuse, fixing errors, using the minimum data needed.
- Legal obligation (KVKK 5(2)(ç); GDPR 6(1)(c)) and establishing or defending legal claims (KVKK 5(2)(e)): proving requests and acknowledgements, requests from competent authorities.
- Explicit consent (KVKK 5(1); GDPR 6(1)(a)): transfer of your account data abroad during the invited beta (§8). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before withdrawal. As this consent is needed for the account to work, withdrawing it means deleting the account.
We do not use your data for ad targeting, profiling or sale.

Sources we receive data from through our server and to which we send no data about you: TMDB (movie/series information; streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch), YouTube Data API (video and channel lists), publishers' RSS feeds, the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (exchange rates), Binance (crypto prices; the gold value is calculated from them), a match data provider via RapidAPI, MET Norway — Norwegian Meteorological Institute (weather; only the rounded coordinates of the city you chose, via our server; MET Norway sees only our server's IP address), Wikimedia Commons (game photos, copied to our server in advance).
Pogleda uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to YouTube.
We do not send your account data, e-mail, profiles or scores to TMDB, YouTube, the AI provider or other content providers.
8. Transfers abroad
Our servers are outside Türkiye. Our server, the game server and your account data, including backups, are hosted by DigitalOcean, LLC (a US company) in its data centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Account e-mails are sent by Resend, Inc. from the United States. These are transfers abroad under KVKK art. 9.
There is no adequacy decision of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board for the Netherlands or the USA. We are in the process of signing the Board's standard contract with these providers. Until this is complete, Pogleda accounts run only as an invited beta. When you create an account, we explain the risks of the transfer on a separate screen and ask for your explicit consent. If you do not consent, you can use Pogleda without an account. Without an account, our server is still in the Netherlands (§3.2, §3.5). When the process is complete, this section will be updated with a new version.
When you sign in with Google or watch YouTube inside Pogleda, your TV or phone connects directly to Google. Google processes this data under its own responsibility and policies.
Users in the EU/EEA: our servers are in the EU. For transfers to the USA (Resend, Anthropic, Google) we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers in their data processing terms (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).

When the period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
10. Children
- The Android TV app is not directed at children under 13 and is offered on Google Play to ages 13 and over. There are no child profiles in the Android app. The app can be shared in the household; content (trailers, YouTube, news) comes from third parties and may not suit every age.
- Accounts are only for people aged 18 or older.
- In the Samsung TV closed beta, the account holder can create a child profile with a nickname (§4.3). We do not ask for a child's date of birth, photo or contact details.
- There is no chat in phone games. A nickname is enough; a real name is not needed.
- YouTube videos made for kids open in the
youtube-nocookie.complayer, which collects less data (§3.4). - If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, write to hello@pogleda.com and we will delete it.
11. Security
All connections to our servers are encrypted with HTTPS. Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored on the server only in hashed form. Provider keys are kept on the server, not in the app. Server access is limited by key-based login and least privilege. The database is reachable only from inside the server. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board and affected persons as soon as possible under KVKK art. 12 (and, where GDPR applies, the competent authority within 72 hours).
12. Advertising
Pogleda has no ads or sponsored content of its own. YouTube's own ads may be shown in YouTube videos you play inside the app (§3.4); for this reason the app is marked "Contains ads" on Google Play. If ads or sponsored content are added to Pogleda later, they will be labelled "Ad" or "Sponsored", will not be personalised, will not appear in child profiles, and this notice will be updated in advance.
13. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if so; learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to which it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under KVKK art. 7; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Where GDPR applies, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
How to apply (Turkish Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller):
- If you have an account: using the download, correction and deletion tools at
tivimini.com/accountcounts as an application. - In writing to Zekeriyaköy Mah. Pelikanpark Sit. B3 D2, Sarıyer, İstanbul, Türkiye, or from the e-mail address registered in our system to hello@pogleda.com.
- Include your name, surname, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number (non-citizens: nationality and passport/ID number), postal or e-mail address for reply, and your request.
We reply within 30 days, free of charge as a rule. Without an account we can only search records linked to an IP address and time range you give us; as these are kept for at most 14 days, they are often no longer available. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, in the EU/EEA, to your local data protection authority.
14. Changes
This notice is currently a draft beta version and may change as a result of legal review. When it changes:
- the version number and effective date change, and the table below records what changed;
- earlier versions remain available in an archive;
- we show significant changes in the app (Settings → About);
- if you have an account, we show the new version at your next sign-in and record that you have read it;
- if the scope of processing based on consent changes, we ask for your consent again.
